The flick, titled ‘Una Noche’, tells the story of disenfranchised Cuban youth defecting to the US. Instead of appearing at the film’s premiere, they opted to stage a defection of their own. Yep, they’re gone, and haven’t been heard from since.

The long-running “Today” morning show on NBC has had their ratings streak ended. Since 2095, “Today” has ruled the Neilsen ratings. But rival “Good Morning America” on ABC has beaten them for the first time in 16 years. According to Neilsen, GMA beat them out for the week by about 31,000 viewers.

TV pioneer Dick Clark has died. He succumbed to a heart attack while undergoing an outpatient procedure in California. Clark had been suffering from health problems for many years – he had type-2 diabetes and suffered a debilitating stroke in 2004. The man behind many iconic shows like American Bandstand, the Pyramid game shows, the American Music Awards and Dick Clark’s New Years Rockin’ Eve, will be missed. He was 82 years old.

“Iron Man 3″ is going international. Disney is going to team up with a Chinese partner – DMG Entertainment – to produce the highly-anticipated super-hero flick. A Disney spokesperson says that the collaboration means “Chinese elements and a Chinese story” will be worked into the flick. For fans that likely means that Iron Man’s arch-nemesis Mandarin will be part of the plotline.

Scientists at the University of Exeter in the UK have finally perfected a 3D chocolate printer, and it’ll be available for public sale at the end of April! The device is being sold to retailers by a company called Choc Edge, and they could be sitting on a gold mine! They’ve already drawn interest from one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in the UK!

Hip-hop superstar Snoop Dogg is putting a new spin on book burning! The icon known as the Doggfather has released a video online to promote his rather unique new book, titled “Rolling Words”. The book features lyrics from his most famous songs. But here’s the kicker – each of the pages can be rolled up and smoked! The book’s spine is even lined with strike-paper so that you can light matches.

The Miss Universe pageant may never truly be the same again.
